Colbar QSR is located in a modern and purpose-built plant in Melbourne, spanning 33,000 square feet on a two-acre site with all the necessary regulatory approvals and permits. Compared to its competitors, the plant is larger and more adaptable, which translates to significant cost savings for the company. To keep up with international technological advancements, the production facilities are regularly updated.

The facility comprises of six lines for filling liquids/creams, three powder lines, and one line for tube filling and sealing, Every line is equipped with automated in-line labelling and capping systems.

The water used in the plant is subjected to deionisation to meet the International USP/BP Grade standards. The plant has the provision for both hot and cold mixing.
